对于高容量用户，NimbleScan 软件可以提供给你自己的数组数据管道。输入数组图片，NimbleScan就能够自动建立一个精确对齐的网格，并从1或2色彩色图像中提取数据。高级的报告功能能够提供比较基因组杂交(CGH),表达式(Expression),微生物测序(Microbial Resequencing)，ChIP芯片(ChIP-chip)阵列数据集的特定应用分析，并对实验结果给出简易分析解释。
